Introduction to HR Principles This course provides an overview of fundamental HR principles and practices, laying the groundwork for effective employee management. Participants will explore the role of HR in organizational success, key HR functions, and the importance of a comprehensive Employee Handbook. Participants will develop an employee handbook for their company. The sessions will be guided by a 30 plus year veteran HR Director, Shirley King.
